Mr. Herringshaw brings 17+ years’ commercial & 20+ years originating to Kastali with a strong command of most CRE property and loan types. 

Darren is well versed in most types of real estate or asset-backed financing and connected to highly skilled professionals to fill the gaps when he doesn’t have the all the answers. He’s been known since 2007 as a go to resource with an extensive network of private investors and off-market wholesale real-estate opportunities with the ability to secure the best wholesale & institutional financing available. 

A tireless commitment to “see it through” has earned Darren a reputation as a go-to resource & guide for real-estate investors as well as business owners looking for creative financing. Darren’s uncanny knack for seeing between the lines and quickly locating solutions for seemingly impossible obstacles has kept the phone ringing for nearly 2 decades.

Now with a long track record of structuring successful teams Darren has combined all of his strengths under the Kastali brand with its considerable network of financing options made possible through decades of experience working with high-net-worth individuals, commercial property owners and small to mid-cap businesses owners coast to coast.

Tim’s dedication to learning, along with decades of experience allows him insights that give Tim the ability to quickly secure creative financing for his clients regardless of the complexity.  

His passion for being a trusted market leader and the “Go-To” lender for family, friends, clients, and referral partners makes him a key asset to our company. 

Tim is well versed in most types of commercial lending but specializes in; 1031 exchange transactions and Small to Mid-Cap commercial and business financing ranging from standard SBA lending to Partnership Buyouts, Recapitalization and Acquisition Financing at all levels. 

His solid reputation as a highly reliable advisor for Land Development & Construction projects ranging from standard construction to community development often make Tim a 1st call.

Michael Patrick – Senior Director

Mr. Patrick is a seasoned veteran and brings over 20 years of origination experience.

Mike makes it a priority to dig in and fully understand his clients’ needs and then strives to exceed expectations with every new request. He not only takes pride in his work but truly enjoys getting to know his clients on a personal level too.

He’s well versed in most types of commercial lending and a go to deal maker specializing in SBA and Small to Mid-Cap Business and CRE. Mike is also our Construction expert for Land Development & Construction projects ranging from Fix-n-Flip to large Community Developments. 

Mike is a devoted family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids when he’s not traveling or having fun with his 2 Bull Mastiffs. 

Antonio Fonseca – Director

Mr. Fonseca is an MBA graduate from the Mercy College School of Business. Antonio has been originating mortgages since 2001 and has been recognized as a top originator in both the Texas and NY markets for the past 10 years.

Antonio utilizes a mix of key financial strategies when tailoring his approach for his clients, always keeping a keen eye on their short-term and long-term goals with a priority of ensuring they maximize their internal rate of return on each investment.

As a result of his expertise in multiple financial disciplines, Antonio is often turned to by professionals for advice regarding their loans, but also regarding real estate taxation, housing markets and more. 

Mr. Fonseca has conducted numerous workshops and continuing education courses for real estate agents, CPAs, and Financial Planners.

He is well versed in most types of commercial lending, but specializes in 1031 exchange transactions as well as

SBA and Small Business Lending to include Short- and Long-Term structures for recapitalization, acquisition and much more. 

Antonios core belief is that he was put on earth to solve problems, driving a personal ambition to leave his community a better place.  His spirit shows through in his commitment to clients, always putting their interest first. 

Mr. Fonseca is an avid soccer and pickleball player who also enjoys coaching several different sports in the Houston TX area where he maintains an active presence in the community.

Mr. Revelis brings 25+ years’ originating experience to Kastali with a proven track record of executing smoothly and timely for his clients no matter the situation. 

Demos is an authority on many types of commercial lending and has the ability to foresee obstacles other industry professionals can often overlook. This attention to detail has allowed him to help thousands of clients over two decades close their loan on time, making often complicated transactions or scenarios seem effortless and easy. 

He is well versed in most types of commercial lending, but specializes in 1031 exchange transactions as well as

Darlynn Lawson – Loan Administrator

Ms. Lawson is a seasoned 15+ year administrator who has seen it all and takes pride in making sure the small details aren’t overlooked. Junk In-Junk Out is her motto, Darlynn is a key asset to the company managing 1000’s of documents and dozens of files on a monthly basis, making certain we submit clean and organized files for quick approvals. 

Darlynn is well versed in most types of commercial lending, she is often the glue holding the office together and a key player on the Kastali team when working with us on Small to Mid-Cap Business & CRE Term financing or Land Development & Construction projects. 

Katharine Elaine – IT Director / Social Media & Digital Administrator

Katharine has a B.F.A. in Computer Graphics and a M.S. in Software Engineering. She has worked in a multitude of different disciplines including Software Engineering, Computer Graphics and Data Visualization Applications.  As a graphic designer, her work can be seen in high profile places throughout River North in Chicago including a large-scale branding project at Greenway Garage, the first designated “green” garage in North America, and at 350 North Clark, the Thompson Building.  As a software engineer, she has worked for the largest brick and mortar store in the world to pioneer new technologies used world-wide.   

Katharine is creative and always strives to improve herself as an engineer. She brings a capability to analyze complex problems and provide concrete, well-thought-out solutions. She has considerable and varied experiences and considers herself as a life-long learner always looking for a new challenge. 

Her specialties are Software Engineering, Machine Learning and Data Analysis.

Kathleen De La Rosa

• Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Communication Degree.

Kathleen De La Rosa holds a Bachelor of Communication Degree with 6+ years of experience in web design and digital marketing. She specializes in maintaining, updating, and optimizing websites to improve their performance and user experience. She also has expertise in managing email marketing campaigns and developing communication strategies.

Prior to her current role, she worked as a Graphic & Web Designer at several fintech companys, where she gained experience in copywriting, website design, digital retouching, image editing, and logo and illustration design. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
